Our Returns Policy |
Electrotechnics (india) offers a Returns & Replacement policy for items that are:
a) Lost in transit
b) Damaged in transit,
wherein we will replace these products at no extra cost to you.
Damaged goods would have to be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Typically replacement would happen only if:
- Any equipment or Item is in its original condition with original packaging and accessories.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Electrotechnics (india)Refunds are provided by simply reversing the charge on your credit
